Softball Game Preview: Moon Valley Rockets vs. Tempe Buffaloes

The Moon Valley Rockets will square off against the Tempe Buffaloes at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Moon Valley lost 24-6 to Mingus on Friday. The loss put an end to the Rockets' undefeated start to the season.

Vida Cedillo made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Tempe got the win against South Mountain on Friday by a conclusive 15-5. That's two games straight that the Buffaloes have won by exactly ten runs.

Tempe's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Moon Valley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
