Softball Recap: Taylor Allderdice Dragons vs. Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles

There's no place like home for Taylor Allderdice, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They put the hurt on the Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles with a sharp 15-5 win on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Dragons needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Braelyn Altman made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits (and not a single walk). Altman was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, two triples, and five RBI. Those two triples gave her a new career-high.
