Soccer Recap: Highland Prep Takes a Loss

Highland Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Odyssey Institute Minotaur, falling 7-1. The Honey Badgers were not able to make up for their loss to the Minotaur from their previous meeting back in January of 2022.

Highland Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Odyssey Institute, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Highland Prep will face off against Parker at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th. As for Odyssey Institute, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Benjamin Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Benjamin Franklin's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last eight matchups.
