Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Azle). Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Saginaw Rough Riders a 16-0 shutout on Friday. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Rough Riders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Fallon Inglet made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Inglet was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.
