Volleyball Recap: Antonito Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Antonito extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 3-11. They came up short against the Cotopaxi Pirates, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered since September 6th.

As for Cotopaxi, the win got them back to even at 8-8. The victory continues a trend for them in their matchups with Antonito: they've now won three in a row.

Leading Cotopaxi to victory were Sophie Eggleston and Riley Swann. Eggleston had 15 digs and three aces, while Swann had 19 digs. Eggleston is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Antonito has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Primero on the 18th. Cotopaxi has also already played their next contest (against Sierra Grande), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
