Basketball Recap: St. Teresa Takes a Loss

St. Teresa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Routt Catholic Rockets 65-34. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 625th, while the Rockets are ranked 106th).

St. Teresa's defeat dropped their record down to 3-26. As for Routt Catholic, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 26-4.

St. Teresa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Routt Catholic, they will challenge Beardstown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
