Recap: Warren County Wildcats vs. Liberty Eagles
The Warren County Wildcats lost against the Liberty Eagles back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Warren County suffered a rough 58-34 defeat at the hands of Liberty. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Warren County in their matchups with Liberty: they've now lost four in a row.
Despite the loss, Warren County had strong showings from Ethan Bare, who scored eight points, and Jadyn Jeffries, who scored five points. Bare is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season.
Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Liberty, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Warren County will head out on the road to face off against Meridian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meridian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 288 points over their last four contests. As for Liberty, they will be playing at home against Dominion at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
