Basketball Game Preview: Sequoyah Indians vs. Quinton Savages

The Sequoyah Indians will venture away from home to challenge the Quinton Savages at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Sequoyah earned a 47-37 victory over Keys.

Meanwhile, Quinton won against Vanoss on Friday with 38 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. Quinton secured a 38-33 W over Vanoss. The win was familiar territory for the Savages who have now won three contests in a row.

Quinton's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-6. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.1 points per game. As for Sequoyah, their win bumped their record up to 14-4.

Sequoyah strolled past Quinton in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 51-32. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sequoyah since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
