Volleyball Recap: Atkins Comes Up Short

Atkins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Springdale Bulldogs.

Atkins' loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Springdale, they moved to 3-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Coming up, Atkins will face off against Perryville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Springdale, they have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Pottsville on the 20th.
