Football Recap: Wilson Area Warriors vs. Salisbury Township Falcons
Wilson Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 28-0 loss at the hands of the Salisbury Township Falcons. The Warriors lost against the Falcons in their previous head to head back in September of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 27-24 score last time.
Jeramy Cressman rushed for 45 yards.
Jayden Rapoli was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards.
Wilson Area's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Salisbury Township, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Wilson Area will take on Pen Argyl at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Salisbury Township, they will square off against Catasauqua at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Salisbury Township is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
