Soccer Recap: South Cobb Comes Up Short

South Cobb lost against Chapel Hill back in February of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The South Cobb Eagles fell 4-2 to the Chapel Hill Panthers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Heidi Rios and Yuridia Martinez scored both of South Cobb's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

South Cobb now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Chapel Hill, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Looking ahead, South Cobb will face off against Harrison at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chapel Hill, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Chapel Hill face off against Douglas County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. They are strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.
