Volleyball Recap: Gunn Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Gunn came tearing into Wednesday's game with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Fremont Firebirds. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-2 victory two weeks ago.

Gunn was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-27, 28-26.

Gunn's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-6. As for Fremont, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-19 record this season.

Gunn will square off against Alisal at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Titans are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a three-game losing streak. Fremont does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
