Fort Lupton was the 3-1 winner over Middle Park when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bluedevils lost 3-0 to the Panthers on Saturday. The Bluedevils' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Kyleigh Taylor paced Fort Lupton's offense, picking up four kills. Taylor were helped by Andrea Anguiano and Genesis Diaz, who contributed three assists each.

Fort Lupton's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 10-1 and their overall record down to 13-8. As for Middle Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Fort Lupton will challenge Severance at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Middle Park, they will take on Buena Vista in a tournament on Friday.
