Volleyball Recap: Crossroads Christian Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

The Burlington School came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Crossroads Christian, but Rosie May wouldn't allow it. The Colts were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Spartans on Friday thanks in part to May, who had 25 assists and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Crossroads Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept The Burlington School between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-18.

The victory made it two in a row for Crossroads Christian and bumps their season record up to 6-6. As for The Burlington School, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-10.

Crossroads Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for The Burlington School, they will square off against Woods Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
