Basketball Recap: Grant County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Williamstown last Friday, Grant County came back down to earth. The Grant County Braves were outmatched by the South Oldham Dragons and fell 77-37. The game marked the Braves' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Grant County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for South Oldham, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-3.

Grant County is taking a road trip to take on Holy Cross at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Grant County is facing Holy Cross at the right time seeing as Holy Cross is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for South Oldham, they will face off against North Oldham at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
