Volleyball Preview: Peoria Heights Patriots vs. Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats
After both having extra time off, the Peoria Heights Patriots and the Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Peoria Heights is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
Having struggled with six losses in a row, Peoria Heights finally turned things around against Cuba/Spoon River Valley on Saturday. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, Lowpoint-Washburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Midland.

Peoria Heights' win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Lowpoint-Washburn, their loss dropped their record down to 9-16.
