Softball Recap: Plato Comes Up Short

Plato managed to slip by Houston the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Tigers on Thursday, falling 15-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since April 8th.

Plato's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Houston, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Tigers beat Plato by a score of 16-5 later that day.
