After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Heide Trask, South Columbus was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Loris Lions get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for South Columbus, who have now won seven matches by three goals or more so far this season.
Karys Townsend and Brianna Price scored all three of South Columbus' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 35 goals.
South Columbus now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Loris, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.
