After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Beechwood, Western Brown was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Clermont Northeastern Rockets. The Broncos' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Aiden Jetter made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with four runs and one RBI.
