Baseball Recap: Mountain View Yellowjackets vs. Yellville-Summit Panthers

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 11-10 heartbreaker at the hands of the Yellville-Summit Panthers. The Yellowjackets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Grady Pitcock and Hayden Long did some serious damage despite the final result: Pitcock went 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base, while Long went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
