Basketball Recap: Southeastern Takes a Loss

Southeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a blow against the King Crusaders, falling 64-14. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Jungaleers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-13 back in January.

Southeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for King, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southeastern will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cody at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th. King also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against North Farmington at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th.
