Volleyball Game Preview: West Las Vegas Dons vs. Robertson Cardinals + How To Watch

The West Las Vegas Dons are taking a road trip to challenge the Robertson Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Las Vegas will be strutting in after a win while Robertson will be coming in after a defeat.

West Las Vegas took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Santa Fe Prep 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Dons in their matchups with the Blue Griffins: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Robertson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to St. Michael's.

Robertson was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-22.

West Las Vegas' win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Robertson, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.

West Las Vegas took their victory against Robertson in their previous meeting two weeks ago by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
