Baseball Recap: Hominy Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Hominy's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Ripley Warriors on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Bucks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hominy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Ripley, the win (which was their fifth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Hominy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 15-9 defeat against Weleetka on the 13th. As for Ripley, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Garber on the 13th.
