Meridian comes up short despite Sebastian Hill's dominant performance

On Thursday, Meridian suffered a tough 63-37 loss at the hands of Greenville. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Meridian has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Meridian still got an impressive performance from Sebastian Hill, who scored 14 points. The match was Hill's 14th in a row with at least ten points.
Meridian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Greenville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Meridian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Nokomis at 5:00 p.m. on December 29, 2023. Greenville won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Vandalia at 6:30 p.m. on December 29, 2023.
