Triton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Cherry Hill West Lions by a score of 28-21. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Triton's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Cherry Hill West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Triton will host Highland Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cherry Hill West, they will be playing at home against Cherry Hill East at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars' defense has only allowed 6.2 points per game this season, so the Lions' offense will have their work cut out for them.
