Volleyball Game Preview: Pueblo Warriors vs. Canyon del Oro Dorados

Pueblo is 1-8 against Canyon del Oro since March of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Warriors will host the Dorados at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Pueblo came up short against Buena and fell 3-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Canyon del Oro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Flowing Wells.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Flowing Wells scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 17-25, 25-23.

Pueblo's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Canyon del Oro, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.
