Basketball Recap: Canton Central Catholic Victorious

After losing to Norwayne the last time they met, Canton Central Catholic decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Crusaders walked away with a 70-62 victory over the Bobcats on Tuesday.

Norwayne's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brendan Hall, who shot 73% from the field on his way to 18 points. Hall has also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jaxson Gasser, who went 6-for-10 en route to 16 points.
