Soccer Recap: Rock Ridge Comes Up Short

Rock Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Meridian Mustangs. That's two games in a row now that Rock Ridge have lost by exactly eight goals.

Rock Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Meridian, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rock Ridge will welcome Broad Run at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Meridian, they will host Potomac Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
