Basketball Game Preview: Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers vs. Great Bridge Wildcats

Washington Mighty Bookers will get right back to it and host the Great Bridge Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Booker T. Washington is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Lake Taylor on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Booker T. Washington was outmatched by Lake Taylor and fell 96-19. The Mighty Bookers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 62-13.

Meanwhile, Great Bridge was beaten by Indian River 68-39 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 375th, while the Braves are ranked 85th).

Booker T. Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Great Bridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.
