Volleyball Recap: Johns Creek's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Johns Creek had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Dawson County Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Johns Creek took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-7.

Johns Creek found their leader in sophomore Evelyn Sinotte, who had ten digs and two aces.

Johns Creek's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Dawson County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-14.

Coincidentally, Johns Creek and Dawson County will both be playing St. Francis the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Gladiators will play them later in the day, at 7:15 p.m.
