Basketball Game Preview: Friendship Golden Eagles vs. Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines

The Friendship Golden Eagles will venture away from home to square off against the Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 48-14, which was the final score in Friendship's tilt against Genesee Valley on Monday. The Golden Eagles have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Bolivar-Richburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. The game between them and Andover didn't end well, with Bolivar-Richburg falling 42-26.
