Lytle is 9-1 against Cotulla since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pirates are taking a road trip to take on the Cowboys at 6:00 p.m.

Lytle easily dispatched Dilley on Tuesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Pirates fell just short of Poteet by a score of 38-35 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Cotulla strolled past Natalia with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 37-19.

Lytle's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Cotulla, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Lytle didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Cotulla when the teams last played on January 2nd, but they still walked away with a 39-35 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
