Woodridge's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Ravenna Ravens 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-10, 25-19.

Bree Landon paced Woodridge's offense, picking up 12 kills. Landon got some help from Chelsey Taylor and her 18 assists. Taylor was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

The victory got Woodridge back to even at 2-2. As for Ravenna, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Woodridge will take on Coventry at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Comets will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ravenna, they will challenge Cloverleaf at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
