Basketball Recap: Rhinebeck Takes a Loss

Rhinebeck lost against Pine Plains back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rhinebeck Hawks had to suffer through a 49-21 loss at the hands of the Pine Plains Bombers. The Hawks' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Rhinebeck's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pine Plains, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rhinebeck will head out to face off against Webutuck at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pine Plains, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Taconic Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pine Plains is facing Taconic Hills at the right time seeing as Taconic Hills is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
