Basketball Recap: Ossining's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Ossining had won six straight games and Saniya Bell did her part to make it seven on Tuesday. The Ossining Pride took down the Fox Lane Foxes 53-35 thanks in part to Bell, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 16 boards. Her afternoon made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Claire Schnecker, who posted six points and 22 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last six games she's played.

Ossining is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.9 points per game. As for Fox Lane, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
