Football Recap: Yakama Nation Tribal Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Yakama Nation Tribal fell victim to DeSales and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 62-0 loss at the hands of the Irish. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Irish recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Cohen Wood had an outrageously good game for DeSales as he threw for 164 yards and five TDs while completing 85.7% of his passes. What's more, Wood racked up 165.2 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September of 2024. Jason Guest was in the mix too, providing DeSales with two touchdowns.

Yakama Nation Tribal's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for DeSales, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Yakama Nation Tribal will venture away from home to square off against Sunnyside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for DeSales, they will host Liberty at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lancers' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Irish's offense will have their work cut out for them.
