Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Mckenzie Livermore and Amaris Bazemore Lead South Plantation to Victory

South Plantation's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Taravella Trojans with a sharp 26-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Paladins, who have now won three matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Leading South Plantation to victory were Amaris Bazemore and McKenzie Livermore. Bazemore picked up 117 receiving yards and three touchdowns, while Livermore threw for 174 yards and four touchdowns. Bazemore also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making one tackle.

South Plantation didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of D'Skya Marc and Dakota Long.

South Plantation's record is now 4-1. As for Taravella, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

South Plantation has already played their next game, a 26-0 defeat against Deerfield Beach on the 5th. As for Taravella, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 loss against Fort Lauderdale on the 5th.
