Yucca Valley and Banning are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. The Yucca Valley Trojans will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Banning Broncos at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Yucca Valley is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They fell 16-12 to Desert Hot Springs on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Banning didn't have quite enough to beat Eisenhower on Saturday and fell 5-4. The loss continues a trend for the Broncos in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Joe Clark made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. John Lara was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-4.

Yucca Valley suffered a grim 11-4 defeat to Banning in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Can Yucca Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
