Baseball Recap: Mullins Takes a Loss

Mullins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the East Clarendon Wolverines, falling 17-0. That's two games in a row now that the Auctioneers have lost by exactly 17 runs.

Mullins' loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for East Clarendon, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wolverines beat Mullins by a score of 12-0 later that day.
