The Evergreen Cougars will venture away from home to challenge the Ralston Valley Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Evergreen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

Evergreen will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Pomona on Friday. Evergreen's defense stepped up to hand Pomona an 11-0 shutout. It was an even better day for London Stewart as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Ralston Valley put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Jefferson Academy. Ralston Valley's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Ralston Valley pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three matchups. As for Evergreen, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-0-2.

Evergreen suffered a grim 6-1 defeat to Ralston Valley in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Evergreen avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
