Soccer Recap: Dixie County Takes a Loss

Dixie County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Lafayette Hornets. That's two games in a row now that the Bears have lost by exactly eight goals.

Dixie County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lafayette, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.

Dixie County will face off against Branford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lafayette, they will venture away from home to square off against Fort White at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
