Soccer Recap: McClain Triumphs

With a playoff win on the line, McClain rose to the challenge on Thursday. They skirted past the Wheelersburg Pirates 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for McClain.

McClain's record now sits at 15-2-2. As for Wheelersburg, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4.

Coming up, McClain will square off against Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McClain's defense better be ready for this one: Alexander have averaged an impressive 4.1 goals per game this season. Wheelersburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
