Lakeside Christian is a perfect 7-0 against Brandon Academy since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Brandon Academy lost 3-0 to Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate last Wednesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Scorpions in their meetings with the Phoenix: they've now lost four in a row.

Brandon Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-9, 25-19.

Lakeside Christian's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Brandon Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Everything went Lakeside Christian's way against Brandon Academy in their previous meeting back in September, as Lakeside Christian made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Scorpions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
