Football Recap: St. Helens Comes Up Short

St. Helens fell victim to Astoria and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Fishermen and fell 42-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 41-13 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for St. Helens and nudges their season record down to 2-7. As for Astoria, they moved to 5-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

As of now, neither St. Helens nor the Fishermen have any future games scheduled.
