The Badger Badgers will square off against the Indian Trail Hawks at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Badger is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.9 runs per game this season.
Badger's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Janesville Parker with a sharp 19-0 win. The Badgers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 11 runs or more this season.
Miah Butinas was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, two doubles, and one RBI.

Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Badger hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .360. However, it's not like Indian Trail struggles in that department as they've averaged .331. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Badger beat Indian Trail 7-3 when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Will the Badgers repeat their success, or do the Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
