Softball Preview: Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators vs. St. John's Islanders

Lowcountry Leadership is 10-0 against St. John since March of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. In what's become a running theme this season, Lowcountry Leadership gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They never let Baptist Hill onto the board and left with a 21-0 victory.

Nicole Galloway was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Galloway has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts every time she's pitched this season. Galloway was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and a double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Emma Postell, who went 3-for-3 with a home run, six RBI, and two runs. Laylee Chesser was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
