Soccer Recap: Irrigon Takes a Loss

Irrigon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Stanfield/Echo Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Irrigon of the 6-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Irrigon's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-1. As for Stanfield/Echo, their win bumped their record up to 6-1-2.

Coincidentally, Irrigon and Stanfield/Echo will both be playing Nyssa the next time they take the pitch. The Knights will head out to face the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
