Volleyball Recap: Charleston Collegiate Comes Up Short

The Charleston Collegiate Sundevils lost 3-0 to the Northwood Academy Chargers on Thursday. The Sundevils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21, 24-13.

Despite the loss, Charleston Collegiate saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lyden Scapaletto had six digs and three aces.

Charleston Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northwood Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Charleston Collegiate will take on Palmetto Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwood Academy, they will square off against Berkeley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
