Volleyball Recap: Creston Comes Up Short

Creston lost against Mt. Vernon back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Creston's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Mt. Vernon, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-6.

Creston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Glenwood on the 20th. As for Mt. Vernon, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Fremont-Mills on the 20th.
