Basketball Recap: Wednesday's Loss Ends Milwaukee School of Languages' Winning Streak

Milwaukee School of Languages suffered their closest loss since February 27, 2024 on Wednesday. They fell just short of Meir by a score of 75-72. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (60), the Hawks still had to take the loss.

Milwaukee School of Languages' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aj,(Amaris) Hunt, who went 9 of 16 en route to 23 points along with six boards and four steals. Hunt is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Manning Shareef, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 14 rebounds.
